Has anyone else read...?

Arnies  encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding.
my mate leant it to me the other day and i can't put it down, was just wondering if anyone else has read it and how useful it it has been to your training and thoughts towards training and bodybuilding in general?

    Fantastic book, one of the best.

    Get Pumping Iron on DVD too. Best bodybuilding dvd ever.

    It's ok for pictures and motivation.

    However, the routines and diet section are totally out-dated and should not be followed!

    So, good for inspiration only.

    Most people don't have even 0.1% of arnies miraculous bodybuilding genetics or use insane amounts of gear, so following his routines or diet would be futile at best but would probably be counter productive for most.
