No, had a bad does when the hot weather was here and it started on holidays again, but nothing recent.  Maybe different conditions here in Scotland tho.

Mine's been great this year. I've had 1 or 2 bad spells (maybe lasted an hour or so) all summer. I'm hoping that after 10 years of suffering horribly it might be passing as quickly as it came.

Mines improved drastically. Ive stopped taking any meds now for a week or so. I did notice yesterday my nose was a little dodgey and sneezed twice.. oh and my eye did water ever soo slightly.

feels like its passing.. and good riddens..

June was agony to the point where i was left angry, now its calmed down massivley but i still have it twice as bad as a moderate sufferer. Think i get it early on in the summer.

I've been mercifully spared so far this year - had a close shave with some tiger lilies though earlier.
