Healthy Action's services

Hi guys,

I know James is the owner of both Muscletalk and Healthy Action and I'm very interested in his services, however I'm a big believer in user referral so if anybody has used one of their packages before then feedback would be great.

    Hi mate,

James is currently prepping me for a run of body building shows and I could recommend no-one finer.
I'm a personal trainer myself but I have learned so much as far as training is concerned.
When it comes to nutrition, I'd like to think of myself as pretty knowledgeable, yet I get schooled every time I see him!

You certainly get what you pay for, as he has always answered any questions or worries I have had honestly and thoroughly (especially now I'm coming to the final few weeks and my mind is playing tricks on me) so I couldn't recommend his services enough.

Depends on what you are trying to achieve, if its preparing for an event (being it body building or sporting) then it would be definitely worth looking into.

I have been with healthy action twice, first time (5/6 years ago) I was very impressed as I was on a diet/making weight for an MMA fight. The second time (last year) was to help with a lean bulk, service again was great but I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. Maybe I was expecting too much but I took some of the fundamentals from it, changed things to suit myself, cut out alot of the cardio and I've made some good gains now.

Essentially I've quit combat sports and bulked up a bit, got a little chubby and realised that I've only really known how to make weight for boxing, not bodybuilding nutrition.

My priority is lifting and getting that 'cover model' look I guess.

If you have money to spare, dont want the hassle of doing a meal plan yourself and want a fast track to be on the right path then go for it.

The 'cover model' look will take a long time to achieve depending on your current body fat, muscle mass ratio etc.

Unless you are intending to use them long term, then putting that as request for say 6 weeks you will be disappointed.

Personally I would loose the body fat first, then lean bulk from there.

It's the lean bulk kick start I'm after. I'm fully aware of how long this all takes, lol

    I had a diet plan.
Had every intention to stay with them for a while, as I progressed over time.
    Virtually no support.
    Didn't continue.

That's really disappointing to hear; I follow up all my clients appropriately to the package that they are on.  What package did you take on?

Hi Robert - which consultant did you use?  (excuse me if it was me, as I don't recongise usernames with real names).
Which package did you take up?

I forget the name now James.
You were busy promoting a show.

Hi mate - I really want to address this issue.  Can you PM me your real name so I can look you up on file and see what happened?  If there are issues, I would like to be able to make good on them personally.
    Thanks

I have used James twice , first  very successfully with a couple of competition wins under my belt, got very shredded and added some good size , secondly due to my own commitment and real life issues I didn't quite hit the stage , he was always very supportive whatever my decision was but I always got results in terms of size strength gain and then fat loss . From my experience cant fault the service and would use again in the run up to a show if that was ever likely to happen , never refused my calls or delayed answering emails . Good experience from me.
