RE: Heart health / weight training etc
Well, I do not know if I am predisposed or not. I don't smoke and I only binge drink on the odd occasion, - hardly reguarly, - my Dad both smoked and drunk quite often.
So what about weight lifting? Is this beneficial to the heart, or is only cardio type of training good for that?
How do you get your test levels checked?
I used to walk into a room full of people & wonder if they liked me..... Now I look around & wonder if I like them
