Hello All
 
After around 18 months out due to injured rib and a knee operation i finally got back in the gym yesterday and done my first 30 mins cardio session as not to hurt my knee ,
 
I want to lose 2 stone or as close to for the 1st sept  i am currenty weighed in at 15,5 stone and i am only 5,7 , I am on a healthy eating plan and already losing a few pounds here and there please see my planned work out below , i have trained before and not new to a gym .

Week 1 and 2
3x cardio per week  45mins-1hr hr per session  
3x pilates 1hr per week
1x swimming or circuit training 1 hr
Week 3 and 4
4x cardio per week 1hr seesion
4x pilates per week 1 hr session#
2x swiming or circuit training
Week 4 and 6
6x cardio per week 1hr min
5x pilates per week 1hr
2x circuit training1 hr
2x wieght sessions 1 upper 1 lower  
 
 

Age: 26
Weight:15,7 stone
Height:5'7

    just wanted to know if this looks like a acheivable target  or is there something else i can do to burn the body fat quicker?
