Good effort mate, you can always cut naturally afterwards, cuttings the easy part.
I'd shoot for about double the calories you've been on personally matem off the top of my head you could shoot for something like this:
Meal 1: Eggs, Oats, Whey
Meal 2: Chicken pitta with cucumber and hummus or fish and carbs in some format.
Meal 3: Meat or Fish, Pasta, Veg
Meal 4: Same again or mass gainer
Pre workout: whatever you use
Post workout shake
Meal 5: Meat or Fish, Veg, Carbs
Meal 6: Whey and yoghurt or Cottage cheese and fruit
That should put you near to or around 3500 - 4000 cals with 350g (ish) of protein but obviously it's dependant on portion size.
