Hello LADS & LASSES my cycle

I'd like a other bodybuilders view on my cycle I've just started please
I'm 38,17st,good health,5ft7, I've got a endomorph shape to me,diet could do with tweaking!
2ml test 400
2ml deca
every 5 days
20mg winney and 50mg anavar each day.
will be on course for 12 weeks...then PCT to finish off.
My goal is to put weight on although brining down bodyfat slowly is also a goal. do you guys think this is a good cycle, I do have some masteron that I could stick in also all made by Lixus.

    I wouldn't bother with the winny and Var.

    Maybe drop them and add a bit of T3.

    Save the other meds for a cut

    IMO mate you need a decent clean diet
     
    Can you post your current diet on here mate, 17stone is a good weight for someone 5-7 tall, i am that at 6foot. Do you know what your bodyfat ruffly is???

    The var and winny aren't worth bothering with at those doses.

    I don't see what mast offers to that cycle either so I'd scrap that idea as well.

    My advice is stick with the sust and deca, use your cycle to get as much mass on as you can then either cruise on a low dose of test while you cut afterwards then pct. Or pct then cut natty...

    Depends what your plans are with regards to time frames etc

    my diet...eating good clean protien with some shakes though out day! I got a app on samsung which I've kept as a ref...heres a cut from it
    b/fast 230cals
    lunch 568 cals
    dinner 963 cals
    snack 181 cals
    total 1864 cals,carbs 206,fat 54,protein 191.
    regards to time frame 3 months would be nice!  I'll keep on test as my knob has a mind of it's own on cruise

    diet is ****ing awful mate, i eat more than that on a cut.

    I think you're better off concentrating on one thing or the other, fat loss or muscle gain.

    Bulkng or cutting.... if you try and do it half and half like you are then you'll more than likely end up dissapointed

    if your bulking i would prob up the deca to 300mg/5d

    Dionk I'll up/change the intake I currently have, you got any idea on a easy food plan that comes to mind? I have some diets here but they are f**king crazy & like you said bulking or cutting...I'll go for bulking. should I drop the test down and like im sparticus said up the deca?

    Good effort mate, you can always cut naturally afterwards, cuttings the easy part.

    I'd shoot for about double the calories you've been on personally matem off the top of my head you could shoot for something like this:

    Meal 1: Eggs, Oats, Whey
    Meal 2: Chicken pitta with cucumber and hummus or fish and carbs in some format.
    Meal 3: Meat or Fish, Pasta, Veg
    Meal 4: Same again or mass gainer
    Pre workout: whatever you use
    TRAIN
    Post workout shake
    Meal 5: Meat or Fish, Veg, Carbs
    Meal 6: Whey and yoghurt or Cottage cheese and fruit

    That should put you near to or around 3500 - 4000 cals with 350g (ish) of protein but obviously it's dependant on portion size.

    Check out the diet section, there's a ton of info in there or reorganise it to foods you like and seek advice there.
