Hello and Greetings - Herefordshire based Gym Rat :)
A logn time lurker and I've recently rediscovered the forums.
I'm 32, married and with son and I've had brief affairs with the weight lifting room, The heaviest I've been was at 20 stone which was my wake up call that I needed to do something. I previously got down to about 16 stone but then with the whole preparing for a child, I neglected the diet and training and then went back up to 20 stone.
Therefore, this time has been different, I started being more serious with my diet and eat a good balanced diet and do a variety of exercises (Capoeira routines, swimming, biking) as well as hitting the gym 3/4 times a week.
This time has been quite good, since July 2010 till now, I've lost 66lbs (nearly 5 stones) and I don't think I doing it badly as I tend to average a 2lb a week loss and I've had diet breaks frequently throughout the journey. I plan to get down to abour 13 stone (only because I'm having surgery for gyno and to be on the list, I have to meet the NEAT guideline). Once that's done, I'm going to be working on putting on muscle.
It'll be good to know who else is near where I am (Herefordshire).

Interests: Capoeira, Photography (Would be very cool to get into fitness photography) and of course fitness :)
