Hi, I'm a member of another forum and kept seeing references to this one so wanted to pop across and see what I might be missing out on.
I've been training for about a decade. Several years ago I had an injury which meant I lost pretty much everything I had been working up to. I then changed jobs and my training got put on hold. About 18 months ago I was feeling a bit crap about life so decided to go to the gym again. Best decision I ever made. Running a few compounds at the moment and really enjoying my results. On Christmas day I had my first ever Tren Jab - and I'm very very excited to see how that goes.
My training isn't really bodybuilding, and it's not really powerlifting. I sort of take the approach of doing what feels right on the day. For me it's more about doing what feels right for my body. I train 5/6 times a week mainly focussing on big compound lifts - apart from what a little bit of isolation work takes my fancy. I'm not looking to compete in anything - however I do find the training gives me a focus and dedication which I love.
Really looking forward to reading and learning some more stuff - and hopefully contributing a bit along the way.
