Help Organising My Routine

I just need some help organising my routine. Main objective is to gain some mass so I'm concentrating on the compound exercises...Squats, DLifts, BenchPress, BOBB Rows, Shoulder Press.

As I'm training at home I have limted equipment...Bench, BB, DB, Chin up Bar and so I intend to train as hard as possible and keep to my diet!

Can someone advise me on a decent 2 or 3 day split that I can use based on the above exercises.

I've drawn one up;

Routine A - Chest / Shoulders

Bench Press
Incline DB Flies
Incline DB Bench Press
Shoulder Press
BB Shrugs

Routine B - Biceps and Back

BO BB Rows
SLDL
Hammer Curls
BB Curls

Routine C - Legs and Triceps

Squats
DB Lunges
CG Bench Press
Skullcrushers

Looks a fairly sound routine mate.If I were you though I would put SLDL instead of db lunges on your leg day,and add chins to your back day..If you've got a chin up bar,you should use it.They're great for bringing out your lats.

Skinnyjoe - why would you put deadlifts on leg day? I know you do work your legs but surely this is mainly a back exercise?

LL - your routine looks good to me just a few suggestions but i may be talking cr@p, so, as i say suggestions. Could be overtraining triceps - there gonna get massive hammering on chest/shoulders day and then your going to do them again seperately? Maybe incorporate them into chest/shoulders day. Also i've always thought not to do DB flies when bulking - good exercises but not a compound movement - stick to pressing and maybe some dips if you can. As cleg def put some pullups in there - good for lats & biceps. Finally surely your SLDL should be on leg day not back? I'd do SLDL on leg day and then deadlifts on back day.

I think its more of a leg exercise. It hits glutes, hams, lower back and qhads a bit which fits in more with leg day. I know there is some middle back and trap workbut I still think its more a leg exercise. Rack deads are better for back i think.
