Help Plz

At the moment I train Biceps after back with 3x10 barbell curls, Am thinking about giving them their own day for 8/10 weeks to see how it goes, any one forsee any problems with this Thanks.

Day 1 - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Bench Press 3x10
dips 3x10
Military press 3x10
Close grip bench 3x10

Day 2 off

Day 3 Back
Deadlift 3x8
rows 3x8
Pullups 3x8
Shrugs 3x8

Day 4 Off

Day 5 Biceps/Forearms
Barbell curl 3x10
Seated db curl 3x10
Wrist curls 1x15

day 6 Legs
Squat 1x20
Leg press 3x8
Leg curl 3x8
Calve Raises 3x25

Day 7 - Off

    If you were going to add another day with arm work in, i would split chest and shoulder work up and work one of those muscles groups with the arms.

    That sounds good, maybe i could add a 3rd ex to chest/tricep day then??? so it would be:-

    Day 1 Chest/Trcieps all 3x8
    Flat bb
    Dips
    Flys
    Close grip bench

    Day 2 off

    Day 3 Back all 3x8
    Deadlift
    rows
    pullups
    Shrugs

    Day 4 off

    Day 5 Shoulders/Biceps
    Military Press 3x8
    Seated db press or side raises here????3x8
    Barbell curl 3x10
    Seated db curl 3x10

    Day 6 legs
    Squat 1x20
    Leg Press 3x8
    Leg curl 3x10
    Calf raises 3x25
