Help Required for my girlfriends Diet to lose weight
Please help in assisting with my girlfriends diet as she isnt eating anything real bad (until maybe the odd snack or meal at weekends..which will soon change)
Wake UP: 6:15
Breakfast: 7:30 - 50g Oat mixed with sultanas and low fat yogurt (replacing milk)
Mid Morning: 10:30 Apple
Cardio: 11:50 20mins mainly running although switching to cycling, cross training (all out cardio - blood, sweat and teers)
Lunch: 12:30 Chicken/salad in pitta bread plus low fat yogurt
Mid Afternoon: 2:30 Grapefruit
Snack 4:30 handfull of nuts (cashews)
Dinner: 6:00 varies usually chicken breast, potato, vegetables unknown quantities
usually cardio is over 4 times a week. Please can any advice on when and what cardio to do be given also.
