Help- Supplements at Work

I have a problem:

My diet isn't outstanding but i work 12 hour days. 8 - 8.

My lunch is generally strong in vegetables, nutrients, often chicken salad with broccoli peppers mushrooms. tomoatoes onions etc... with a side of cous cous.

It is my 10.30 and my 4.30 meals that i have a problem with... i can't eat at my desk aside from fruit so i have shakes... whey with fine oats.. the odd amino acid in their... I know they are not proper meals but get the protein in none the less.

Any advice on what i can do.. put in the shakes to make them more complete or do you think i am worrying for nothing and it shouldn't be a problem??

you could make up a more nutritionally sound MRP shake, have a look at the TTV2 shake in the article entitled Mass Gaining V2

Agreed. Would try and get some fat in the shake for example. An MRP would be a good choice. Also try a few nuts, seeds, fruit, etc..

I have the same trouble in that im not supposed to eat at my desk. My solution has been to have a tuna/tomato shake (1 tin tuna & 1 tin of tomatoes blended), I usually also have an apple. Not in 'ideal' meal but better than adding another whey shake imo and the boss lets me get away with it.
