Help With Diet Please
Ok i have been on this forum for quite some time now and have been trying to create a diet but find it difficult decided what i should have and when despite continually reading the blogs and posts people are putting,
so here is my stats and an example and if any body can give pointers that would be great,
Age = 19
Height = 5'11"
Waist = 30"
Chest = 44"
7:00 = Wake
7:20 = 3 Weetabix, 1 28g Scoop Whey Protein (22g protein), Omega 3 1 Tspn
9:20 = 70g Rice (Basmati Or Long Grain), Half A Cup Of Mixed Veg, 100g Chicken Breast
11:00 = 1 Large Banana
12:00 = 70g Rice, Cup Mixed Veg, 100g Chicken Breast, 50g Natural Yoghurt
1:30 = 1 Large Orange
2:30 = 100g Tuna Or Oily Fish,
5:00 = PreWO Shake (35g Whey Protein, 1 Teaspoon Creatine) 1 Large Banana.
6:30 = PWO Shake (28g Whey Protein, 1 Teaspoon Creatine) 1 Medium Orange,
8:30 = Fish, Chicken, Or Red Meat Of Around 60-100g Mark, Large Portion Of Veg, 70g Pasta Or Rice,
10:00-10:30 = 2 Tblspn Flax Oil, 70g Cottage Cheese or Natural Yoghurt.
Water Throughout The Day.
Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks,
(this is an example it varies day to day with food choices)
