Help With Diet Please

Ok i have been on this forum for quite some time now and have been trying to create a diet but find it difficult decided what i should have and when despite continually reading the blogs and posts people are putting,

so here is my stats and an example and if any body can give pointers that would be great,

Age = 19
Height = 5'11"
Waist = 30"
Chest = 44"

7:00 = Wake
7:20 = 3 Weetabix, 1 28g Scoop Whey Protein (22g protein), Omega 3 1 Tspn
9:20 = 70g Rice (Basmati Or Long Grain), Half A Cup Of Mixed Veg, 100g Chicken Breast
11:00 = 1 Large Banana
12:00 = 70g Rice, Cup Mixed Veg, 100g Chicken Breast, 50g Natural Yoghurt
1:30 = 1 Large Orange
2:30 = 100g Tuna Or Oily Fish,
5:00 = PreWO Shake (35g Whey Protein, 1 Teaspoon Creatine) 1 Large Banana.
6:30 = PWO Shake (28g Whey Protein, 1 Teaspoon Creatine) 1 Medium Orange,
8:30 = Fish, Chicken, Or Red Meat Of Around 60-100g Mark, Large Portion Of Veg, 70g Pasta Or Rice,
10:00-10:30 = 2 Tblspn Flax Oil, 70g Cottage Cheese or Natural Yoghurt.

Water Throughout The Day.

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks,
(this is an example it varies day to day with food choices)

    sorry i didn't mention my weight is

    165 lbs
    body fat is average.

    i want to gain more muscle mass and strength but also be toned

    i would like to bulk but with minimal fat gains if possible,
    i have been training for around 11 months now

    Yes,

    Drop the orange PWO and get some dextrose/malto or other carb in....

    looks pretty good i think..

    i was quiet chubby not too strong and had no muscle definition,
    now i have notice quite a strength gain, lost the fat, (just a litlle bit left on abs really)
    and have some definition, i am definateley noticing some change, although not great amounts,
    also the diet i was following wasn't great just bits of thios and that,
    i have only been dieting properly for say the last 3 months or so,
    if i had 50 posts i would post up pics but i will do at a later date,
    ok banana and oats it is.

    also i have behaved and stuck to the diet all the last 3 week so would am indian take away tonight with the lads (no beer) be a no-no?
