Help and advice needed please
I am new to the world of bodybuilding, i have dabed with weights from time to time, but never long enough to sculpt my body, I would like to develop my body to a lean and sculpted form, i dont want to buk hardcore cuz i know that i wud gain too much fat too quick, i have enough bulk on my body to work with.
I visited the Doctor yestorday and was told that my Body mass is 27
Im 6ft 3 and weigh usually between 16st to 16.4 depending on the day, i think this maybe due to my diet of the week that changes.
I dont know my body fat yet, tho i am getting this measured next week, I was told by the doctor to be healthy that i needed to have a body mass of between 19-25, tho he did say that due to my natural large frame that i carried the weight without being obse, just overweight, and that to have a smaller body mass i would need to loose 2stone and go down to 14st.6
My waist size is 36,
chest size is 44"
I currently am dieting to loose some weight as i would like to reach my goal of 15st and realise to achieve this is need cardo at least 3times per week.
I am a FFB (Former Fat Bhoy) as described on the link below which i found on one of the other posts on MT http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do;jsessionid=778B2649679501BB47664F7668CA0459.hydra?id=696934
which means i cant bulk, i have to get lean and then start to slowly bulk, which i wud believe as i only have to look at food an gain weight.
My diet is poor i know:
10:00AM Special K with semi skim milk and cup of tea
12:00pm 1 round of salad sandwiches with wholemeal bread and tea
5:20pm Dinner- meat and either pasta or spuds
9:00pm mixture of some fruit
I currently have no picture of my body but will post some up soon.....
Can anyone give me advice how to shred the stone and lean up, i read in an article that heavy deadlifts and squats aids the six pack?
Goals are to loose 1stone of weight, and lean up, gainning a six pack and portioned arms
Please post any advise or help if know
