Whiteboy I would strongly advise you to get EPH25+Extreme, they are the best thing around just now. (and no James we don't make them so you wont need to delete this!)

All the hebal slimmers stuff tends help them lose water not so much fat, that way the see a difference on the scales and keep buying them.

Those particular EPH's have ephedra in them and are made at a pharmacy in holland, so strength remains constant and they don't leave you feeling crap as they wear off. They do supress appetite nicely and heat you up a great deal (yes i know this is thermogenisis) which tends to leave my sweating like a paedophile in a playground whilst in the gym.

My Mrs used them for a while a couple of years ago and lost 2 stone on them.

I dont like the word 'diet' full stop i have never dieted, always preffering to eat complex carbs with good sources of protein and fat and have maintained 8-10% BF consistently for the last 3 years, i have cheat days at the weekend and eat 7 times a day sometimes 8, i think the key is to get the nutrition in check, otherwise it doesnt matter what burners you'll get her on , she'll make little losses but if the nutrition isnt in check then as soon as she stops its back to square one. Diets to me indicate reduction of calories and a knock-on effect to the metabolism...again an unwanted effect, if the metabolism slows down its back to square one. Try to have her eat good sources of complex carbs every 3 hours to balance her blood sugar and keep the meal portions smaller, try substituing pasta, spaghetti and other carbs whith wholemeal versions, they actually taste nicer!! Fat burners IMHO should only be considered when the bodyfat is at a decent level because if the BF% is high the results arent going to show simple as that. If she is just trying to clear osme stubborn fat or really relies on supplements i'd suggest checking out the avant products like absolved and lipo, both very good, the later is especially good for stubborn areas. But if its th eonly way she'll go then get a good clean EC stack and make sure she does weights and cardio.Just my 2p's worth
