Cheers for the quick reply Big Chew, I eat a lot of meat, poultry, pasta, fruit and veg, I think it's a fairly healthy diet all in all.
I've stopped the weights due to sheer frustration. I used to do about an hours worth of training, 2-3 times a week.
Day 1- dunbells, curls and bench press- all bicep, chest and tricep work
Day 3- dunbells either side, lifting with traps (don't know the actual name of the exercise!)
Day 4- rest
Day5- working on chest, biceps and triceps again.
Day 6- rest
Day 7- rest
I ran every night as well.
