Oh dear, some serious changes needed in your diet, training and habits, I don't know where to start. First off, I would from persoanl experience say that it is very easy to become "dependant" on coffee. To avoid headaches wean yourself off it, by gradually drinking less and less. Your consuming no where near enough food IMO, your going to get that fat, and skinny look with that diet, I think. A weights and cardio combo is the best way to shed the pounds IMO, as well as a balanced structured diet. Spread your meals out, eat little and often. Have a diet with a balance of healthy fats, carbs and protein including fruit and veg.

Diet wise.balance, moderation and sensible portions are the key to success

Training wise a combination of weights 3 or more times a week and cardio 4 or more times a week is ideal too.......

Starving your self and hardly eating certainly isnt the way to go long term bud...

Have a read thru some diets posted here and look at some journals to get an idea for routines and plans etc.

If your not looking to get into the whole training thing....fair enough.

Diet wise tho.just look to make sensible choices and dont starve yourself.....4 or 5 sensible meals a day with fresh veg, fruit, lean meat and fish and the weight will fall off bud trust me

eat more and do more cardio. you don;t have enough vegetables or fruit in your diet, not to mention protein. check the forum for similar posts and other's diets.

Is that three to four litres of water, or three quarters of a litre? If it's the latter, it's nowhere near enough.
