I am writing this post because I need help. I need a right workout schedule
for me. I have been exercising for 5 years. But when I see myself in the mirror
I am same as I was before. Since 2 years the growth has almost stopped.
I tell you what are the limitations for me.
I workout at home. I have a barbell, some plates, dumbells, & a pull-ups bar.
I also have The Bullworker which I hardly use.
So I can do all the exercises which are freehand. And also, I can manage
most of the exercises done with the above equipments but not machines.
I workout 6 times a day.
I am a vegetarian. I eat eggs though. But nothing else in nonveg catagory.
I have not tried supplements yet.
I know heer I can find many experienced builders who might have faced and
overcomed the various problems in body building. I hope I can find someone
who can tell me what schedule I must follow. I will be highly obliged if
anyone of you can tell me which exercises I do, what must I eat, day by day.
