Help !

Hi all,
I am writing this post because I need help. I need a right workout schedule
for me. I have been exercising for 5 years. But when I see myself in the mirror
I am same as I was before. Since 2 years the growth has almost stopped.
I tell you what are the limitations for me.

Exercise:
I workout at home. I have a barbell, some plates, dumbells, & a pull-ups bar.
I also have The Bullworker which I hardly use.
So I can do all the exercises which are freehand. And also, I can manage
most of the exercises done with the above equipments but not machines.
I workout 6 times a day.

Diet:
I am a vegetarian. I eat eggs though. But nothing else in nonveg catagory.
I have not tried supplements yet.

I know heer I can find many experienced builders who might have faced and
overcomed the various problems in body building. I hope I can find someone
who can tell me what schedule I must follow. I will be highly obliged if
anyone of you can tell me which exercises I do, what must I eat, day by day.

Thanks a lot.
Regards.

I decide by myself. At first I do all the freehands, like jor, dips, squat (alternate day) and then do the combination of body parts such as biceps and calves, or chest and thighs, back and triceps, abs and shoulders etc.

six times a day? that an odd way mate. i think its best to spend an hour or so fully focused on weights, nothing else. get it done well, go away and recover. this allows you to spend time focusing on your diet(see the diet&nutrition forum for lots of vegie meals) so you are at your best when training. do you eat much? any time in particular? like before you train? i think that is really important.

training wise... are you able to spend an hour in your gym at one time? i think that would be best. do you train everyday? you need rest mate. do you work your legs? think you should come up with a set program. work chest shoulders tri's one day. back and bi's another, and legs on the third. go heavy enough and your muscles will be crying out for rest once you've done! what i have suggested is basically a routine by frankieNY, his post is in the forum. But also look at stickys post. there are loads of routines on there. If i were you, find one u like, and try to follow it.

    best of luck mate,

Ya, I have started to note down whatever I do whatever I eat everyday. Once I complete 1 week of my diary, I will post it here so that you can judge me better.

    Thanks.
