Help?!

First of all I was just wondering if anyone knows if theres any way of putting size on the wrist area of the forearm? For some reason I have really thin wrists, towards my elbow it isn't as bad but the lower half is abnormally thin. lol. That may be a daft question but can you actually add size to that part of the arm?? Would I just do more forearm exercises?

Secondly, everytime I do vertical rowing I seem to get a pain in my left arm. I think it's around the shoulder/tricep area. Any ideas why this might be happening? My form seems ok on the exercise. ???

Cheers
