Help me out guys
I have just finished PCT after my very first cycle:
1-10 500mg Sust
1-10 200mg Deca
1-6 35mg dbol ed
Followed PCT from the article using clomid & nolva.
I have gained a load of weight 18lbs and strength has shot up too, don't seem to be losing it (yet). I am on CEE to try and help keep my strength up and am maintaining my calorie intake.
My problem at the moment is that I really wanna get rid of some fat, but am worried about losing my hard earned gains. I know a lot of that 18lbs is probably fat but I have also got some good muscle gains too.
I have posted on a few threads about cutting but the advice that I was given was 'not to cut without gear' and 'don't drop cals now coz i'm more likely to lose gains'.
My diet is:
7.00 - 25g whey w/150ml skimmed milk, 50g oats w/100ml skimmed milk, 2 slices of wholemeal bread, 2 slices of bacon (fat removed), 5 egg whites 1 whole. 804 cals / 72P / 90C / 15F
10.00 - Weight gainer shake in bulking article (TT) increased some of the amounts because I am heavier than example. 760 cals / 69P / 60C / 29F
1.00 - Salad, can of tuna, 50g basmati rice, 15ml flax oil, 100g chicken breast, 2 slices of granery 848cals / 72P / 72C / 29F
4.00 - Same as 10.00 but with 2.5 pineapple rings 896 cals / 70P / 93C / 29F
5.15 - Workout
7.00 - 50g whey, 50g dextrose w/water 416 cals / 47P / 47C / 5F
8.00 - jacket potato, cottage cheese, steak / spag bol / chillie 775 cals / 81P / 80C / 14F
10.30-11.00 - 100g mackeral 310 cals / 22P / 0C / 25F
I know that I am eating a lot, but I haven't really progressed until I upped my cals to this amount.
I train Mon, Wed, Fri and do cardio and abs on Tue, Thur. Burn about 500cals each cardio session.
Starting new routine on Mon which shouldn't take as long so might do a bit more cardio after lifting weights.
I know this is a long boring post but please give me your best advice.
