Help me reach my goals!

I'm 19, 6 2 and i'm around 196 at prob 15% BF. My goal in 2 months is to be at 11-12% BF. I really would love to have my abs slightly showing by spring break. What kinda caloric intake am I looking at? I'm guessing around 2000 at 40-30-30. HOw about routine? What is a good cutting routine you all would sugget? I've been doin bulking for the past 5 months and have been doing mainly compound movements. I want to do a routine that includes more isolating movements since I'm mainly going for a look moreso than strength. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Just clean up your diet, do lots of cardio, and use a eca stack and youll get there.

    It's best if we can look at your diet before we access. If we can see what you eat then it will easier to suggests alternatives.

    Also when training there is no right or wrong way, but changing is what is required in workouts.

    Like the :
    number of reps, one week go low, another week go reasonable high, another week include a few shocking methods and then back the beginning.
    Then changing exercises, example chest, one week use dumbells, another week use barbells and machines and another combine the two.
    Changing the workout order(this could be done every few months).

    So with your diet comes training as well, but the main focus is the diet.

    Nah, just train heavy, basic 3 day routine and do cardio on the other days. Eat clean and knock alcohohol on the head and you will be fine
