Help much appreciated

Hiya all
wondered if anyone could help me with a good internet site that helps break down calories, fat protein and carbs in normal everyday foods for my diet.
Thanks would be really helpful!

    this site is very informative - right down to the vits & mins included & you have your own ingredients section so you can see what each of your meals consist of...
