Help needed in building broader shoulders
I have been doing weigh training for 24 years and as I have a narrow frame have, over the last 2 years tried to biuld broader shoulders. I am not having much luck in getting results and wonder if someone can help. I do the usual dumbell excerises standing and pulling arms up to be level with shoulders, and sitting dumbell raise above shoulders. I serioulsy need help in how to get some shape here as I have no problems with pecs, triceps or biceps and I do look unbalanced. HELP!!!!

I do think that your natural frame will mostly determine how broad your shoulders are. The rest is mostly illusion I think.
...So get work on getting a narrow waste
