Help on cutting diet
Just Wanted to know if this diet is ok for cutting as you see its low carb as carbs make me add weight very easy, please advice
08.30 30g whey in water
09.00 1 large bowl of all bran with skimmed milk (trib,vits,ginsing,2g fish oil)
Large glass of orange jucie.
11.00 large salad, with chicken + 6 egg whites (2pints water)
13.00 1 large tin of tuna, + 60g meal bar (low carb) 4 egg whites.
2g fish oil, 2g flaxoil, trib, Q10, vit c+e (2 pints of water)
16.00 30g whey in water
18.30 2xfillet steak with 5 vegs + jacket poto
2g fish oil, trib, 1g cod liver oil, (1 pint of water)
19.15 train or cardio (30mins max)
20.30 jacket with chicken (1pint of milk skimmed)
22.00 small hand full of nuts
