the only thing I really am not keen on is the 9am brekkie mate.....it doesnt have much in way of protein in it....I base all my meals around a protein source.

My current brekkie is a tin of smoked mackerel in tom sauce with 150g mixed veg seasoned with some pepper etc.....good source of protein, good source of fat....some nice fbirous carbs in the veg.easy to mjake, quick to prep and nutritious

whatever you facny bud.......its just a rule of mine to base each meal round protein.

Seems to me you have a fair few carbs on this plan too....cereal jacket spuds etc.....again its my choice, but I tend to eat lots more leafy veg etc for its fibrous carb content and its low cals.....it works for me

    yes,

    amounts? not sure mate

    eat, moniotr and adjust accordingly

100 ml of oil is 900 cals appx, but i would use udos or macadamia oil or even flax over olive oil in a shake
