Help on supplement

Hey people Im a footballer and have a few questions. I want a supplement that will help me grow more and not have an effect on my fitness and how fast I am.What maximuscle should I use as a footballer? Should i be using creatine will it help me out? I also heard of people getting sick from having a shake after a night out on the beer ... does alcohol and shakes make u sick when u mix them , by the way im only just gone 18. Any suggestions?

ok supplements will not make you faster or bigger. Weight training and a good diet will do that. Drop the idea of supplements and read these articles
