RE: Help please
Thanks for the help, moderator. I've filled out that application like thing -
1 - I would like to put some weight on. Not be an adonis with six pack or nothing! Just strong.
2 - Currently working as an electrician. At work I eat the following -
2 Turkey sandwiches, 2 packets of crisps, a biscuit, a yogurt, an apple and a tangerine.
To be honest I've not much clue about what I should be eating to beef up but to me that looks like a fairly healthy (apart from the crisps I suppose!)
At home I am fed well with loads of meat and potatoes but I do often snack on microwavable meals or pot boodles etc.
3 - I'm around 5'9", 18 years old and 9 and a half stone.
4 - I'm an electrician. So not usually doing heavy manual labour like a builder would. I football training twice a week along with a game at the weekend. I go to my gym once or twice every week.
5 - I've never used a substance. I'm intrigued but I'm put off by rumours of side effects. But I'm open to any suggestions.
6 - I'm not too sure about calories etc. But I've stated what I eat etc above.
7 â€“ Same as above. Usually out pubbing on a Saturday night though.
8 - Drink I drink the most are - Milk, diluted juice, water, coffee and a few beers and vodkas on a saturday night!
9 â€“ I don't have any protein drinks. Again any recommendations are welcome.
