Help please on everyday training

hi, I am 20 years old and have only started to workout for about a month and for the past week have been doing it everyday just for my chest, biceps and legs and usually the next day my muscles would be aching so I would have a rest day. But since last week they havent and so I been having a workout everyday for a good 1-2 hours everyday. Also I have weight and muscle gainer drink twice a day, does that help muscle repair ALOT which can allow me to train everyday?. Thanks for any help

hmmm sorry mate but that "routine" doesnt really affect very much of your body, upper/lower back is practically untouched, you might want to look for a better choice for everyday training or look into a gym which actual equipment
