Help wanted for new routine.
Hi all, I have been following a push, pull, legs routine since joining this site around a year ago. Have enjoyed it and have made some good progress so far, although the last couple of months I feel that my ppl routine is becoming a little stale. I have mixed it up over the months a little but I cant shake the feeling that I want to try something different. Obviously I know that if something isnt broken then dont try and fix it but im also aware of the need to keep things fresh and challenging to my mind and body.
Trouble is, im a little stuck on what to try! I quite fancy chest/biceps, back/triceps legs/etc but there are so many to look at it starts to get confusing!
Was wondering if anyone here could suggest a routine to try out? I currently train in my garage and have the usual kit and I should take delivery of a smiths machine and squat rack next couple of weeks.
