Help - what's going on????
whats goin on?????
Recently cleaned up my diet after a wee break (eating normal) - also back into hard training 4 days a week and back on the gear. Problem is my waistline - seems to be growing despite clean diet, hard training, a few cardio and ab sessions a week. Even take the stairs at work a few times everyday, lol (64 steps - 4th floor) - never had this prob b4 - is it my age 32yrs?
What am i doing wrong??
Taking 400mg Test Prop & 250mg Test Enth-wk 6 anibol tabs per day
Example of Diet
Whey protein in Water
Oatmeal and banana
MRP - Myloplex
Baked Potato & Tuna
Mid Afternoon (1.5hrs b4 training)
Whey in Water
Banana & Apple
Extreme Build & recover
Aprrox 1hr later
2 Chicken breasts/brown rice & veg
6 Egg whites or cottage cheese
Drink 2-3 litres of water a day
I currently weigh 185lbs at 5ft 8 - am i eating too much??? is my cycle cr*p? (all I have at the mo)
In General Forum as never know which part to put it in to get best response when it covers more than one area.
