Help - what's going on????

whats goin on?????

Recently cleaned up my diet after a wee break (eating normal) - also back into hard training 4 days a week and back on the gear. Problem is my waistline - seems to be growing despite clean diet, hard training, a few cardio and ab sessions a week. Even take the stairs at work a few times everyday, lol (64 steps - 4th floor) - never had this prob b4 - is it my age 32yrs?

What am i doing wrong??

Taking 400mg Test Prop & 250mg Test Enth-wk 6 anibol tabs per day

Example of Diet
Whey protein in Water
6 eggwhites
Oatmeal and banana

Mid Morning
MRP - Myloplex

Lunch
Baked Potato & Tuna

Mid Afternoon (1.5hrs b4 training)
Whey in Water
Banana & Apple

Post Workout
Extreme Build & recover

Aprrox 1hr later
2 Chicken breasts/brown rice & veg

B4 bed
6 Egg whites or cottage cheese

Drink 2-3 litres of water a day

I currently weigh 185lbs at 5ft 8 - am i eating too much??? is my cycle cr*p? (all I have at the mo)

In General Forum as never know which part to put it in to get best response when it covers more than one area.

Any advice and suggestions wlecome and appreciated - cheers fellas

Hey - At Work, no pics here - will try and get some from home.

    Meanwhile stats

    Height 5ft 8
    Weight 185

    Waist 34" (up from 32)
    Chest 42"
    Biceps 15.5"
    Quads 24"
    Claves 15"

The confusing thing is when ive been eating healthy - i seem to feel worse? ie fatter. Am I eating too much?
Have went from 175lbs to 190lbs b4 (a few yrs ago) naturally (waist went from 33" to 29" -felt great) that was a eating little less - but dont you have to eat a wee bit more for gear to work? When I have done cycles b4 everthing seemed to fall into place on a similar diet and training plan - surely cant be over the hill.....yet

Want to have that wee waist (and six pack again) - but also want to get a lot bigger as I want to compete. Do realise that I'll gain some fat getting bigger - but have built muscle and lost fat b4 as above.

Well thats kinda a falacie about calorie intake on or off cycle imo...if your bodies storing any food type as fat, beit protien, carb or any fat-type it means your putting an exccess in to requirements and the body is simply putting it away for leaner times...i know im eating enough when my body starts to lay a little down over my lower abs..i know then i dont need to increase the requirement. However thats my take on it ...im no nutritionalist btw

Could be the gear making you feel bloated and fat.
