Help with GVT Routine!

Help with GVT Routine!

I have finished the first 6 weeks of the routine, now it says have a three week rest for recovery. A copy of the routine is on the website below:

What 3 week routine would you recommend to do in this period? Perhaps a muscular endurance routine for 3 weeks? Does anyone have any ideas or experience on this matter?

    I've never tried GVT before but if i do a training cycle of high volume,i usually alternate it with one of low volume.

     In the article you posted,it's recommended to switch to 4-6 sets for 6-8 reps,so it seems he recommends the same..

     I would've thought GVT will already require muscular endurance so something different would be better for the 3 week period.
