Help with a diet

I was woundering if any one could help me with a diet plan because i aint really got a clue on what food to eat and how much, all i really know is six small meals a day.
It will mostly to take to work so it cant be really big meals.

Iam about 5'8
weight about 65kg (miles under weight)

and im looking to put weight on and gain muscle

Any help would be great thanks.

    start work at 6 so meal 1 normly s a bit of ceral
    meal 2 and 4 just started with a tuna saled
    meal 3 dinner depends whats left in the can tein of a sandwich
    meal 5 tea what ever is put in front of me

    and thats normly it lol

    Hard to gauge without portion sizes.

    However, it doesnt look that good.

    Have a good read of this article and have a look at the bulking diet in here...

    Sample Bulking Plan

    07:00 Wake
    07:15 30 minutes very steady cardio (3 times a week)
    08:00 80g oats or muesli with 200 ml skimmed milk
    7 egg whites, 2 whole eggs fried in olive oil
    Small piece of fruit
    10:30 TT V2 shake:
    35g protein blend powder (NB this is not whey)
    10g of peanut butter or coconut oil
    2-3 Weetabix
    Half a green banana
    Blend with water
    13:00 175g grilled chicken or tuna
    100g basmati rice or wholemeal pasta
    Veg selection including a few mixed seeds
    15:30 TT V2 shake:
    35g protein blend powder (NB this is not whey)
    10g of peanut butter or coconut oil
    2-3 Weetabix
    Half a green banana
    Blend with water
    17:30 Weight train, drinking water throughout
    Weights or HIIT cardio on days off
    18:30 PWO shake:
    40g whey
    3g l –leucine
    3g glutamine
    3 Weetabix or 60g oat power
    19:30 150g salmon or lean red meat
    70g basmati rice
    Fibrous veg selection
    21:30 35g protein blend (Casein/milk/whey/egg)
    5ml flax oil
    23:00 onwards If you do happen to wake a small whey or casein shake can be consumed during the night


    I like this chears.

    i was also thinking of getting some supplements, the relfex instant mass, whey and the creatine. Good idea or bad idear.

    Get your diet nailed on first and then think about supplements.

    Whey for PWO is fine
    Creatine for Pre or post workout is also fine.

    address you lack of application first

    then worry about optimum nutrition
