Help with abs workout

Okay so been working on abs and diet the last 4 weeks or so and i'm 3 weeks out from my holiday and not happy!
They feel rock hard when i flex and i can feel them but unless the right light hits or i look in the mirror, i can't see them. It's like i have a flat stomach. just no visible abs :(
I'm currently doing GVT, and working abs 3 days a week, cardio in the evenings, some sprints.
My abs routine looks like this:
- Burpees 45 seconds
10 second rest
- Ins and outs 45 seconds
10 second rest
- Russian Twist with weight 45 seconds
10 second rest
- Leg raises (toes to the bar) 45 seconds
10 second rest
- Knee raises on dip machine with weight 45 seconds
Repeat
What am i doing wrong??

Body fat is obviously the main factor for most but abdominal muscles are no different to any other muscle in relation to growth and will require overload with heavy(ish) weight if you want them to stand out. Some are lucky and get by with crunches, leg raises etc. Use weight with a lower rep range just as you would to achieve hypertrophy on any other muscle group.
