Help with bench press

Ok I feel I've got the diet sorted out and am consistent with it now so I wanted to start focusing on my form in the gym, and eventually get a better routine sorted out as well.

I'm currently doing bench press, and incline bench press when I train my chest, but I don't feel my form is very good.

Would someone be able to give me some pointers (technique, speed, position etc) and guide me through the correct technique that should be used in both?

I can't record myself as I train alone.

Thanks Beefycol for trying to find that link, I've found a few videos on the web anyway so I think I have a better idea now.
