Help with diet.

Hey i was wondering what a good diet would be for a 16 year old hoping to gain a lot of weight. I weigh about 9 stone and am hoping to get that up to 12. I eat **** most of the time e.g noddles, wheetos...etc and was wondering if i could have a list of foods that i can eat that wont cost to much money and you would usually find in a kitchen. I dont buy the food so hardly get a choice of what to eat so theres my problem. I have 4.5kg of whey coming through soon and i was thinking if i had 4 shakes a day would that mean less of other food. I will obvoiusly still eat but is to many whey shakes bad for you?

At 9 stone I think you should eat as much "healthy" calorie laden food as possible. Steak, chicken, potatoes, rice, pasta, and of course fruit and veg. Nuts and other healthy oils will help bump up the calorie count too. Spread your meals and incorporate plenty of each macro in each meal.
