Help with diet plan..
OK. Having been a fly on the wall looking into other people's journal's on here, I've decided to take the plunge and leave my diet and training exposed, comments and suggestions most welcomed!
Currently, 32. 175cm, 83kg. BF ? 15%
Measurements, Chest 42 inch, Arms 16, Waist 33.5
Tues: Cardio 30 mins (running/Cross trainer)
0700: Bowl of muesli, 1 banana, 40 g Whey, Creatine tabs (maximuscle)
1000: 25g Whey
1200: 1 chicken/turkey breast sandwich, fruit, Creatine tabs
1500: Fruit and nuts
1800: 2 chicken breast or Fish with salad/green veg
2030: tribulus 2 caps
1030: 50 g whey
Current goal is to put on size - overall but also to lose irritating love handles arouund waist.
