Help with diet plan.

hiya was just hoping if any people out there could help me get my diet up to scratch. Been training for about 7 years now and diet has always been alright. Kept it quite clean during the week but not always as strict as id have like it but decided now its time to get it back on track once and for all! Im a very keen rugby player and have played at a good level but also work full time as a plumber so i train for both rugby and also to look and feel good! been having a look through and tried to come up with a diet that i think i could stick to because with work we dont usually have time to stop so would literally be eating on the move but just want to post a indea up of a diet and would appreciate any feedback from anyone on what they think i could do or add to improve it.

6.30 am - 6 egg whites - 2 yolks - 2 peices wholemeal bread with peanut butter

9.00am -  40g protein shake , 2 peices of fruit

12. 1 tin tuna or 1 chicken breast with moderate serving of pasta.

3.30 -4.00pm. 1 tina tuna or 1 chicken breast with  1 wholemeal pitta

5.00pm - 6.30pm - gym/train - followed by 40g protein shake

7.15pm - Tea ( what ever mum/girl friend makes but usually chicken, steak, mince with potatoes or rice or pasta  and veg)

now thats all i have really. i know it looks abit basic but just wondering of peoples thoughts and what you think i could add which will fit into it easily. also shoudl ibe having another protein shake before i go to bed? any feedback would be very much appreciated. thanks.

Good call as getting fat is really bad for you. However eating a bit more to gain muscle dosen't mean you have to get fat, tune your diet so you are only just over eating and if your BF goes up by more than 2-4% cut back down. Ignore the bulk up get fat junk brigade. Train more and eat more and you prob will not gain any fat anyway.. Good luck mate.

Get rid of the second tuna tin, nothing worst than eating same thing again and again, replace with cottage cheese salad. I play second row my self, my diet is this:

7:00am - 4x poached eggs 2x toast, orange juice and coffee
    10:00am - jacket spud tuna,
12:00 - shake mixed with 80grams of oats
2:00 - cottage cheese salad, bannana,
    4:00 - apple, chicken breast
6:00 - dark green veg, steak or chicken
    8:00 - work out
9:00 - shake before bed no oats though

i would add more frui to ur diet, and oats to your shake also 8hours kip and 2litres water a day
