Help with diet/supplement extras
As well as eating salmon or mackerel everyday i will be taking 6 1000mg fish oil capsules a day... Should i space them out as 2 per meal or have them all in one sitting?
I bought alpha men my protein multi vitamins and it says to have 2-3 a day... Is that really neccesary?
I also got some coconut oil for frying is that the best frying oil?
I have bought some MP creapure can anyone tell me how much to take and at what time?
