Help with sorting out a good clean diet

Ive recently started going to the gym with the aim of losing a little bit of weight and to start gaining strength and definition with the view to build also.

Im currently going to the gym 4 days a week,
Day1: Back and biceps
Day2: Legs and abs
Day3: Chest and triceps
Day4: Shoulders
While each session doing 20-40mins medium to high intensity cardio workout.

Can anyone help/recommend me an ideal diet for this? would be very much appreciated. Thanks
