Solid enough plan.
Think you cannot beat something more along the lines of;
Squat variant, press variant, pull variant, plus some upper backwork, or other relevant assistance work x 3 a week.
Just make sure to manage load and volume over each sess.
Off course you plan is fine and sometimes it just good to go with that and then you'll see how it works out and how you need to evolve you training. You 2nd phase may be fine but tbh until you do the first 1 you won't know 100%
