Here's hoping for success....

Evening all! Been loitering around MT for a few years and seen many a SUC go by and every time I think, "I should have done that". Well, I'm probably the fattest I've ever been; not massive by any stretch, but age is not being kind and I can't just eat anything I want whenever I want any more. So, need to try and get into a better routine diet wise and I thought the SUC would help with that. Furthermore, training last year was a bit of an abortion due to injuries. Hoping that recent form means everything has (almost) sorted itself out and I can give this challenge as much effort as I can. So here goes....

My stats are:
93.6kg (home scales)
5ft 10
Chest: 43.5"
Waist: 40"
Arms: 14.5"
Thighs: 23"
Calves: 16"
Natural

I'll update tomorrow with Body Composition details as the gym at work has a clever machine that'll provide the data.
[EDIT 12/01/15]
Weight: 94.35
Fat %: 23.8
Fat Mass: 22.45
FFM: 71.90
Muscle Mass: 68.35
TBW (total body water) %: 54.5
BMI: 29.8
Bone Mass: 3.55
Visceral Fat rating: 9
BMR: 2121

[/EDIT]

Will continue with being unassisted for the SUC, with a view to change eating habits permanently, improve conditioning, have visible abs for the first time in my life, and try to get a good base to build strength on, as I really want to compete in a Strongman competition before I get too old!

I did the QR code one twice, as I wasn't sure if you be able to scan it with the reflection of the flash, hence the second piccie in which I look like I've been tango'd

Cheers flick. Trouser shopping has always been an issue! Flat front / slim fit is a definite no-no!!

got the Body Comp done this morning....

    Weight: 94.35
    Fat %: 23.8
    Fat Mass: 22.45
    FFM: 71.90
    Muscle Mass: 68.35
TBW (total body water) %: 54.5
    BMI: 29.8
    Bone Mass: 3.55
    Visceral Fat rating: 9
    BMR: 2121

So, BF is about what I was expecting, but I'm a bit concerned about the visceral fat rating. This SUC's timing is probably good in that respect.

Anyway, I've updated the first page with these details

cheers bud! Mid thigh mate. If I went higher up the leg, that measurement would be significantly higher. It's all about the delta!

I was thinking that mate, you've got a decent set of pins on you already, so they will look immense if everything goes to plan for you 😃
