Hey Everyone!!! a new start.

hey everyone,

this site got recommended to me by an existing member so i thought i would give it a try. i am a beginner to the scene and am looking to learn alot from people on here and hopefully seeing some good results.

im a 22yr old male, 6"1 athletic build, played football 4-5 times a week until a recent ankle injury limited my playing time to about 1 hour a week.

ive always been interested in muscle gain but never had the sufficient knowledge or understanding hopefully some people could help.

ive always been very injury prone and after my last serious injury i need to strengthen up and gain muscle to help my injury prowess. i would also like to have a body i am proud off having always been quite tall and skinny having played football since a very early age and a keen long distance runner.

i have plenty of time throughout the week to train and have been for the past 8 weeks with limited results but i do need some guidance now.

my problem also is my diet, i have limited knowledge on a meal plan for the week although i eat a healthy diet at the minute it might not be sufficient enough to gain muscle!

thanks.

Welcome to the site.

I'd advise you to post up your diet in the diet section first and foremost and take it from there.

See you around.

Hi and welcome to MT

Have a read of the articles and even the past newsletters when you have some spare time.  You can have a look around the forums and read up on threads you find interesting.  When you think you've altered things as much as you can and still feel you need more help then feel free to start a thread so others can take a look and advise!

All the best!
