Hey Guys...quick question about Creatine and Ripped Fuel

Hey, it's been a while since I've posted, but figured I would try and get back into being healthy. I'm wanting to shed a couple of pounds, but bulk up in the arms/chest....i know i should bulk then cut...but am i going to lack in either department if I bust my ass in the gym...run 2 or 3 times a week (a mile/ a mile and half) and eat healthy....any concerns about using the two together? Thanks a lot guys and I Hope to be making many more posts..

i would reccomend bulking and then cutting, just because its a ton easier to keep your muscle once you have it, instead of trying to gain it while doing a steady cardio and fat burning exercise.

yeah...that's what i figured one would say...but i'm a hard headed type person and will probably try it...but I guess my next question would be how often should I run if only using CREATINE...I'm wanting to lose some belly fat...that's about all the fat i have...so what do you think? Thanks so much guys
