Legs: i'd omit the leg curls in favour of say 4 sets of your straight legged deadlifts and maybe do 4 sets of squats as opposed to three.
Chest: It looks ok to me mate,it may slightly overtrain me I normally only do 6/8 sets for chest but each to there own.
Back: Here again i'd add another set of deads and perhaps omit the close grip chins, or maybe even alternate them wide one week close the following.
Delts: here again I only do 4 sets or so I cant remember the last time I did laterals and thats the truth, only favour presses these days they do the job.Personaly i'd omit the raises both sets,in favour of shrugs and the pressing for shoulders.
Bi's and Tri's: again I'd only go 4 sets for each. Your choice of exercises are well thought out in my opinion apart from the raises for shoulders but thats just preferences one guy to another. In a nutshell I like it but it would be a little to much in the way of sets for me.
