Hey couple of Basic questions.

Hey thanks in advance to any help.

Am currently serving in the navy. Iv just finished boxing, so am not new to training but for the first time ever am trying to bulk up.

Next month am going away on a submarine for 3 months(ish). Space is short obviously so am planning on take usn muscle fuel, since it's an all in one. With maybe usn 19 anabol not sure yet on the boosters.

Since there is only a small amount of gear and limited space. I get about a hour a day on weights. So I do the following split..
1 chest
2 shoulders
3 back n bis
4 tris
4 legs
Followed by 2 days rest

Rights then The questions
How often shud I train abs?
I like to do 1 or 2 rounds on the heavy bag as a warm up. Iv cut out the cv but to put size on do I need to cut the bag work out?
Whe. Boxing training I was taking roughly 100grams of protein. In this usn mix there is only 50g a day.. Is that enough. Space is short is there another product ud recommend? I get a meal eve 6 hours so the calories are there.

Thanks for all ur help sorry about short hand/text speak using iPhone.

Firstly on training your abs......Some of it will depend on what lifts are included in the rest of your routine, lifts such as dealifts and squats automatically use your abs to stabilize your core, alot of people will say that this is enough ab work so try and incorporate these lifts into your routine then take it from there, you might feel some isolation work is required.

You will bulk quicker if you dropped the bag work but it would mean more of it would be in the form of fat so personally I would keep the bag work in to keep fat gains minimal and monitor your weight........A good figure is 0.5 - 1.0 lb/ per week if your not hitting that then either increase calories or ease up on the bag work.

Not sure what you mean by your last question.....100g protein, is that figure your total protein for the day?

Don't do shoulders the day after doing chest, either do them together or have at least 48 hours in between the two, your shoulders get hit a lot on chest exercises like pressing. Also 100g of protein is not enough you need a minimum of 1gram per lb of bodyweight, also the bag work is fine as long as you're having enough calories to grow.

    Hasn't ate breakfast since October...
