Hey couple of Basic questions.
Hey thanks in advance to any help.
Am currently serving in the navy. Iv just finished boxing, so am not new to training but for the first time ever am trying to bulk up.
Next month am going away on a submarine for 3 months(ish). Space is short obviously so am planning on take usn muscle fuel, since it's an all in one. With maybe usn 19 anabol not sure yet on the boosters.
Since there is only a small amount of gear and limited space. I get about a hour a day on weights. So I do the following split..
3 back n bis
Followed by 2 days rest
Rights then The questions
How often shud I train abs?
I like to do 1 or 2 rounds on the heavy bag as a warm up. Iv cut out the cv but to put size on do I need to cut the bag work out?
Whe. Boxing training I was taking roughly 100grams of protein. In this usn mix there is only 50g a day.. Is that enough. Space is short is there another product ud recommend? I get a meal eve 6 hours so the calories are there.
