Here to try and motivate me to log my workouts and be a bit more organised about the whole thing.
Been working out since I was 14 and I'm now 22.
Ectomorph flat out, currently weighing in at 9st4
My goal is to get to about 10st7ish and then stick to bodyweight exercises
I'm gonna be starting a Cynostane cycle in the coming weeks and would like info and support from more experienced and knowledgeable people so here I am :)
I've tried a variety of workout programmes in the past, from the 100 rep workout to your standard 4 day splits of 4x8, and I've recently found the best one for me is 3 days a week doing forced reps at sets of 6 doing compound exercises.
Anything else you guys thing I should run with Cyno? like a good weight gainer shake?
Also, what's the deal with taking a DAA supp while on PH?
