Hgh, keto, intermittent fasting, anavar

Hi,

I have managed to get 120mg (12 x 10mg vials) of human growth hormone (somatropin).

I plan on taking it with anavar 50mg and 4 iu's daily (2 morning, 2 post workout).

From all the research i have done i understand having lower blood sugars works well with hgh, hence why i will be on the keto diet.

My question is would intermittent fasting (one meal a day) work well or be counter productive.

I am cutting at the moment. And keto and IF has always worked well for me when cutting.

Any and all information is welcome. And yes the hgh is legitimate, prescribed by doctors to someone close to me but their hgh treatment has been stopped for the time being and they were told to destroy what hgh was left.

I'm a big fan of IF and often recommended it to clients. I myself have used a 16/8 IF blueprint for my eating for some 4 years now (cutting and just general lifestyle). I'm not a huge fan of the 1 meal a day approach because it doesn't optimize muscle protein synthesis.
if you want to run a Keto IF better:
    meal 1: bacon and eggs
meal 2: pro shake with cream
meal 3: steak with green veg or salad
meal 4: pro shake with cream

What are you hoping to get out of this? If it's muscle mass you'll be disappointed, anavar isn't very strong and HGH is borderline useless for gaining muscle mass.

If it's just to cut, if IF and keto are working for you by all means keep it up but keep in mind HGH makes you hungry so it might be easier said than done.
