Hi everyone

Ayup everybody, don't know if I'm doing this right so bare with me lol, right brief description, I've been on and off training for near 7 year now, and got to a comfortable shape and size then lost my job a few year back and all went tits up, so got a bit chunky An lost my physique. So now finally joined back at the gym and so far so good, I'm 6'1 and 17 stone hoping to basically tone up again but try to keep the weight up oh and lose the gut really. Hope I've sone this right, again hi there.
