Hi im looking for advice on making Omelette I Omelette help!

Hi im looking for advice on making Omelette I have heard should use 2 egg whites and 1 egg yolk? is this correct? I dont want too much fat mainly the protein. Can anyone help me please and also best way to make? DO you use the egg white of the egg you are using the yolk for or jus tuse the yolk? sorry for sounding silly but would love adice, thankyou. Also if you could give nutritional value of the omlette that would be great.

By your description you need 2 eggs, just use the white of one and the whole egg of the other (not that it actually matters tho TBH)

Splash of milk and mix. Heat oil in a pan, add mix, cook on hob and finish under a grill.

Nut info, dunno, at a guess about 10g protein and 2-3g fat.

Thanks, so disregard the white of one egg basically and mix the rest. I normally have Fruit n Fibre with 1 banana but have heard need protein with this so was going to do an omelette with it, does this sound okay?

Is it true that I should eat the Omelette with the fruit and fibre as carbs and proteins together? As mentioned normally have the cereal with banana, but should I have the omlette as well?

You disregard the YOLK of one egg...... you said 2 egg whites and 1 yolk remember. Personally I'g suggest you need more protein than that.

Eat as per usual. The only thing you won't obviously need is a PWO shake.
