Hi im new..

Joined the gym a few weeks back and aim to gain weight / muscle.

I'm 24, 6ft 1 and 75.5 kg's.

Have any of you guys seen the book / website 'Scrawny to Brawny' and what do you think if you have? I have seen mixed reviews....

At the moment I'm just finding my feet in the gym and working out what I can lift etc / getting back in to fitness but need a good routine to follow.

Never pay money for internet BB advice - its all here for free! Whilst skinny guys may have to adopt a slightly different approach to naturally large guys, there is no mystery to it. "5 days to more muscle"... what a load of crap. Read TTs article and go with that.

i have just started weightlifting, and this might be stupid, but what is the difference in 'bulk' and 'cut'?

I have a rough idea but would like to know for certain

in short - bulking is when you are trying to increase your weight by consuming more calories than you require, whereas cutting is where you are trying to loose weight by consuming less calories than you require.
