Hiatus hernia

Got a bit of bad news on Saturday, that being that I can't train heavy due to a 3cm hiatus hernia.
I'm gutted as I've just recovered from a bad shoulder injury and now this has happened!

As I've been told I can't lift heavy does anyone have any suggestions to what I can do? The lady doing the gastroscopy said not to lift heavy, which makes sense.

I'm after a 3 or 4 day routine that would be able to run alongside a bit of cardio. I'm not the biggest of chaps (13 stone) and have gained a bit of belly fat whilst recovering from my previous injury, so the plan is to try and lean out a bit.

Has anybody got a decent template I could use that would suit my situation?

Thanks in advance!

You could try something like volume training using lighter weights
